Our cows are registered British Whites. All of them have nicknames and are treated very well. British White cattle are known for having excellent taste, texture, and even good fat just being grass fed. They are a smaller breed, which can be a great thing for people that don't have a lot of freezer space, especially if you split with a friend or family member. Our beef is all grass fed and antibiotic-free and never contains added hormones. While our primary goal is to sell grass finished beef, we do offer grain finishing for those who prefer it. We would love the opportunity to share our beef with you.
